We offer online information about availability, capacity and network quality. You receive changes to network status via email or text message. So you are always well informed and can react quickly to problems.
Installation Service
We deliver hardware pre-programmed. During installation, we are available by appointment to offer support with our telephone and remote service. With our remote service we also help online.
Admin Service
We offer support to administrators when the handbook is not available. A function isn’t always self-explanatory – after all, good advice doesn’t have to be expensive. We will be pleased to inform you about functions and support you with the initial commissioning.

Depending on the service plan, service tickets are handled for free or for payment. We offer email, telephone and remote service tickets. We are happy to create an individual service plan for your company.
